Scooter Lifts and Power Chair Lifts

Is transporting your scooter or power chair too much work? Lifts make it easy for you to load up your scooter into the back of your vehicle for additional portability.

Different kinds of lifts fulfill different needs. Inside or interior lifts load up your mobility equipment into the back of your SUV, truck, or van allowing you to close the door on the vehicle.

Outside or exterior lifts are suitable for sedans, SUVs as well as vehicles with smaller trunks; they fasten the equipment to the back of your car for ease of transportation. With an optional swing-away kit, you can move the lift to the side for easy access to your rear doors or trunk.

    Stair Lifts

Having trouble going up and down the stairs? Installing indoor and outdoor stair lifts in your home will make the process easier and safer. A Stairlift   can make all floors of your home accessible. We offer stair lifts that will take you upstairs on a comfortable seat. We also have inclined platform stairlifts for you and your scooter. Our stair lifts can be installed indoors or out.

R Martin has factory trained technicians that can install your stairlift quickly and professionally. We provide a free consultation in your home to help you select the stairlift that is best for you. Then, we design and measure the proper track and equipment. Your track is custom cut for your home and the equipment is delivered ready to be placed on your stairs. We take care of everything.

Short stair lifts can also be used in place of inclined ramps to get you up to porch level on many homes. A three foot elevated porch will require a 36 foot ramp to get you up. We can install an inclined platform  stair lift instead. This will take you and you scooter up without the need of a long ramp.

R Martin offers a free consultation to help you decide what is best for your needs.
  •  Ramps are an easy way to make elevation changes with your wheelchair or scooter. R Martin offers ramps for your home, office, vehicle or whever you need them.

Modular ramps are needed when you will be unassisted on an incline . These ramps are longer and make more gradual rises.
